Gamerobics

Gamerobics

Gamerobics (known in earlier times as “Gamersthenics”) are any kind of involuntary or otherwise unwelcome exercise performed while playing videogames.

Leaning while playing a racing game, crouching in pain while playing a fighting game and throwing a controller across the room in frustration all count as Gamerobics.

Flailing around on a dance mat or standing while playing a guitar peripheral do not. Only games where employing a minimal amount of movement and breathing would be just as effective, but movement is still employed, are considered contenders for instances of Gamerobics.
