In any disreputable arcade, decrepit airport “video game room” or gas station with a dilapidated game machine near the door, you could always see the clear neglect of slave arcade consoles by a sign of abuse as clear as a bruise.

Thugs with magnets could easily ruin an arcade console by running a magnet across the screen. The colors would bleed something fierce and, suddenly, you couldn’t tell your Ryu from your Ken.

We don’t know what kind of person would run a magnet on a video arcade machine, but it’s the same kind of asshole who would key the hood of your brand-new car, spit in your milkshake while working a fast food shift and and have a loud phone conversation in a crowded movie theater.

They should be killed, of course, by means of having a giant human-affecting magnet erase the contents of their brains.
